• Black Cohosh, Don Quai, Soy Isoflavones, Passion Flower, and Wild Yam: ease menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes
• Ginger root: eases menstrual cramps
• Cinnamon extract: stabilizes blood sugar
• Barberry and Damiana root: increase libido
• Magnolia bark: anti-anxiety and anti-stress properties
• Metabromine chocolate extract: a diuretic and boosts metabolism
• Green Tea Extract: an antioxidant, diuretic, and increases metabolism

Scientific Evidence

It is impossible that a pill could “target trouble spots first” or increase bust size. Absolutely impossible! Even though some of these ingredients show promise in terms of efficacy, mainly soy and green tea, none have been scientifically proven to be a potent breast enlarger, fat burner, or sexual enhancer. Additionally, we do not know how much of each of these ingredients is in the Zalestrim formula because it is protected by a proprietary formula that prevents the actual amount of each ingredient to be known, thus the product can't be evaluated properly. Although this product may affect your libido indirectly by giving you extra energy and a slight hormonal increase, this is no female Viagara.

“This product has NOT worked for me at ALL.  I have used as directed and have found NO benefits.  I have used the product about a month and have GAINED 2 lbs.  I try to take the pills a 1/2 hr. before eating as recommended but if I don't eat within 20-25 min., I get SICK.  Nauseous.  There have been no benefits to my sex drive or breast size, as marketed.  And I haven't lost any weight.  Very disappointed.”
