Like so many other fat burners out there, Stacker 2 EF claims to be the “world’s strongest fat burner” and guarantees that you will start to feel it working in just 45 minutes. One tablet can “crush cravings, build muscle, burn fat and super-charge your energy level.” Stacker 2 EF claims to stimulate the release of fat into your bloodstream by converting them out of storage mode. Once in the bloodstream, the fat can be used for energy. This happens by utilizing the body’s production of heat, otherwise known as thermogenesis.

Ingredients and How it Works

To create thermogenesis, Stacker 2 EF provides a precise blend of nine active ingredients in each capsule:

• Kola nut: an herbal source of caffeine - suppresses appetite, raises metabolism
• Yerba mate: increases metabolism and muscle mass
• Cassia mimosoides extract: inhibits fat absorption and storage
• White Willow bark: an anti-inflammatory
• Caffeine: enhances energy and metabolism, reduces fluid accumulation in the body
• Green Tea: antioxidant, increases metabolism
• Guggulsterone: increases metabolic rate by stimulating thyroid production
• Gymnema: maintains blood sugar and insulin level

Scientific Evidence

There is no scientific proof that this particular combination of ingredients in Stacker 2 EF is effective for weight loss or stimulating thermogenesis. The combination of green tea and caffeine has been shown to induce thermogenesis, but because the label does not tell us how much of each ingredient is in the product, it is hard to validate the effectiveness of this supplement. However, any type of stimulant, such as those found in this product, has the potential to cause jitteriness, insomnia, nausea, and even death.
