3-XL, previously called CE-XL, is marketed as the most advanced creatine ester formula ever made to bring about greater increases in muscular size and strength. It is also designed to improve the absorption and retention of creatine, using a mixture of three different creatines, including a new form of creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride. Creatine ethyl ester, in combination with its bioactive resources, and a unique delivery technique, found only in 3-XL, called Accelerated Plasma Shuttle Technology, will radically improve total muscular output and augment muscle mass, strength, and hardness.
3-XL sells for $59.99/tub of 30 servings, with the recommended dose being a single scoop per day.

Scientific Evidence
Isatori quotes many studies on their website regarding creatine, but there is no proof that these are credible studies because there was no mention if they were double-blinded, placebo-controlled studies that provided reliable results that were free of partiality. Upon conducting my own research I found that the National Institute of Health has this to say about creatine in respect to enhancing athletic performance and endurance: “It has been suggested that creatine may help improve athletic performance or endurance by increasing time to fatigue (possibly by shortening muscle recovery periods). However, the results of research evaluating this claim are mixed. Findings from different studies disagree with each other, and most studies do not support the use of creatine to enhance sustained aerobic activities.” Their research findings were also mixed with regards to muscle strength/mass.
Consumer Feedback
“I have to say that 3XL is so good for recovery!! I have started to do some boxing again, and WOW, I have not been sore in those muscles like that in a long time! 3XL is the best recovery system that I have taken in a long time! Talk about taking the edge off the soreness. THANK YOU 3XL!”

“I tried it and didn't notice quite the response I was hoping for. I have been off creatine for a while now, however, and still have not really noticed much of a change. I thought my strength would decrease but I'm still able to get all of my numbers up there.”
